It tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts, 1 mango, 1/2 red onion, 1 bell pepper, 1/2 cup of cilantro, 1/2 cup of honey, 1 lime,1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar.

Directions:

  • Season the chicken with table blend, lemon pepper and pink salt, top it with cilantro if desired. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the mango, onion & bell pepper into chunks and then move everything into a mixing bowl.
  • Add honey & cilantro to the bowl and squeeze a full lime in before mixing together.
  • Once the chicken is ready add the salsa mix on top and then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
