Argentinean international Gonzalo Higuain is officially a new Chelsea player. In the next six months, he will wear Stamford Bridge's Stamford Bridge number 9 as a borrowed Juventus player. Higuain for one year was part of Milan also on loan, and now he will again work with Mauricio Sari, the striker with whom he had excellent co-operation in Napoli.
"When I was suggested that I could continue my career in Chelsea, I immediately agreed. I always wanted to play in this club with rich tradition and great history, to be part of the Premier League. I hope to give full contribution to the achievement of club goals by the end of the season, "Higuain told Chelsea's club site.
The Argentine is not timely registered to be in the team of tomorrow's second semifinal match of the League - the England Cup between Chelsea and Tottenham. After the first match, Tottenham have a 1-0 lead.
