I gave back a little bit yesterday with some small failed live bets but I'm still up on the week. One more match in the Quarter Final Cup matches today before we move on the week 20 in the League.
Anderlecht vs Club Brugge
This is a clash between teams pretty much in a complete opposite momentum this season. Everything going as planned for Club Brugge while Anderlecht simply is not good enough as a team and is a total mess. The last time these 2 faced each other in Club Brugge, the quality difference showed to be huge. Yet Club Brugge only managed to win with a 2-1 score. Anderlecht is a very strange team, whenever Kompany plays they tend to be more adventurous playing forward and taking a lot of risks in defense, while if he's not in the team the tactics of the coach tend to prevail and they just play not to get a goal against. Both Kompany and Chadli will be back in the squad while Verschaeren is injured for a couple of months. Club Brugge should be complete with only Diatta listed as questionable. No Doubt these teams will both put all priority on the cup. If logic prevails, this should turn out into another match where Club Brugge shows that they are simply the better team. Yet it still has to be played and these types of cup matches tend to have surprises. I can't see many scenarios where Anderlecht takes the FT win though. I took some early bets on Club Brugge -0.5 @ 1.85 and Club Brugge Team Total Over 1.5 @ 1.81 and do have room to take more live on the 1H -0.25 line in case the quality difference is as clear as the last encounter.
