KV Kortrijk vs Standard
Standard as of late can be summed up as a team capable of the best but bringing the worst most of the time having matches without all to much danger which still somehow end up with multiple goals and a last-second win for Standard. Tonight, they play Kortrijk who have found a renewed flow after being quite poor-mediocre most of the season. They do have a far more important cup match ahead of them next Thursday though, their coach talked last week about resting certain players who had little injuries but mostly the A-Squad was fielded taking a 2-2 draw at home against Club Brugge. With 7 days rest ahead, I do believe the best thing they can do is just keep the momentum going playing their A-Squad which I expect Vanderhaege will do. Kortrijk always is stronger and more forward when playing toward their own fans. This is one of those matches where I don't mind taking a small pre-game position on the home underdog Kortrijk +0.75 @ 1.810 seeing what it brings live and taking profit or hedging out live if possible. I might add some more after knowing the starting line-up and 1st half side teams play toward. Both teams are also more 2H goal heavy (61.1% & 2.00 Goals vs 63.9% & 2.09 Goals) so 2H over might also very much be an option.
