Serdar Aziz and Eren Derdiyok have to go

On Thursday afternoon, Galatasaray's social media accounts shared two different videos with messages from head coach Fatih Terim. The first was two departures. The way in which the announcements were made was not very common. But now it's official: Eren Derdiyok and Serdar Aziz are no longer desired in the cadre of the "Imparators". Aziz has already said goodbye to a teammate after a final interview with Terim and is now looking for a new employer.

After the announcement, central defender Serdar Aziz was associated with a switch to one of Fenerbahce and Besiktas. Coach Senol Günes is said to have welcomed his ex-proté from Bursaspor's shared days. Furthermore, after the departure of star defender Pepe, the board of the black-and-white team is already looking for a replacement.

With regard to striker Eren Derdiyok, however, there have been reports in recent days of a return to the German Bundesliga. FC Schalke 04 and Hannover 96 are supposed to show serious interest in the 30-year-old Swiss. After his positions at Bayer 04 Leverkusen and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, this could be the third attempt for the Basel-born player in Germany. Teams from the Swiss Super League should not be averse to a recall of the ex-national player either.

Garry Rodrigues moves to Al-Ittihad Jidda in Saudi Arabia

After two years, 78 competitive games, 16 goals and 16 assists, winger Garry Rodrigues has decided to leave the Turkish record champion. The 28-year-old attacker from Cape Verde is leaving Galatasaray to join Al-Ittihad Jidda in Saudi Arabia with immediate effect.

The player have already confirmed the transfer talks with the Arabs in a stock market announcement. The 26-time national player will receive a transfer fee of around eleven million euros. However, the Turks must pay twenty percent of the transfer fee to Rodrigues' ex-club PAOK Saloniki. In January 2017, the left-winger moved from Greece to the Bosporus for 3.5 million euros.

As a logical consequence, Rodrigues is no longer in his team's squad for the winter training camp in Antalya. Also Eren Derdiyok and Serdar Aziz were not considered by head coach Fatih Terim. The Galatasaray coach has to involuntarily do without Yuto Nagatomo. The Japanese international is still at the Asian Championship in the United Arab Emirates for at least two weeks.

Market value bomb Ozan Kabak the big winner!

Ozan Kabak, an 18-year-old central defender who hasn't missed a minute with Galatasaray Istanbul since the beginning of October, is the biggest plus. Gökhan Yagmur, Areamanager Transfermarkt.com.tr, says: "He is the winner of the first half. At the beginning of the season, apart from Fatih Terim, nobody had him on their screens. Kabak has proved himself to be one of the youngest players in the Champions League - Manchester United have already put their feelers on him. Kabak rises from 500,000 euros to 6.5 million euros.

Over the weekend there were serious offers from Cardiff City and FC Watford. Master coach Terim did not allow the youngster to leave for the time being and confirmed that the young central defender will at least be on board for the second half: "I understand his excitement to be able to play in Europe. However, this is not the right time yet, especially not in the winter transfer period. One day he will play there, but first he has to help his club". The end of the recording was still marked "Ozan'la #1likte" (english together). The young hopeful himself also confirmed his whereabouts via the social media with a picture of himself and his coach.

Transfermarkt.com.tr has updated 481 market values of the Turkish Süper Lig, and shooting star Ozan Kabak is among the top winners.
