As a newbie on this platform, getting the pro badge on my profile detail has been the goal I've striven hard for. This is an objective attained for me. I joined Scorum late in July, 2018 after a FRIEND introduced me to the platform. The best part of it all; scorum is the first successful crypto blogging platform I've ventured into. My Steemit adventure was really a failure for two reasons, (1) I was naive of Steemit's fundamental knowledge. (2) Sports related article were kinda garbage in a trash can to them during their early days. Since I'm all about sporty event, mostly football, I wasn't interested in the platform. Months later, I regretted my actions for not joining, then boom!!! comes the great scorum community to my doorstep. This time around, I grabbed the opportunity with haste. I just found home, I whispered as I signed up.

MY JOURNEY ON SCORUM.

The race was quite tough at the beginning but with the help of Eminent scorum members, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Joining scorum in July, I had to go on a sabbatical leave. I was left with no option than to just visit the platform once in a blue moon. Thanks to heavens, the ugly exam break was up before time. Back online, I saw Contests, guidelines, advice and Helping hands initiative that filled the environment to aid new users. I believe praise should be given to whom its due. The Happy Moan day contest and Freaky Friday contest Organised by @pete has solemnly been the foundation of my success here. I won the contests couple of times and it was fun to compete. I can't really thank you less pete, you've been a guardian angel and i appreciate you for that. My regards to your wife @bamamama who has really showed great concern and support to our blogs. Thank you.

Can't fail to mention the Hall of Fame contest that have also been a backbone to our stay here. @Liuke96player is the host of the contest and he has really aided most Scorumians on the platform. He is a lover of poker but has deemed himself fit to learn more about other sports. The versatility of the contest anchors on different sporty related topics. My thanks to you sire.

The EPL live blog on big matches during the weekends serves as a stepping stone to our interaction on live matches played. The thrilling moments, the goal rush, the updates and arguments. Have you ever had the thought of managing a team? The Soccermanager Scorum SM league is the perfect place for you. This league has made my dream partly come through. Hersi007 is the brain behind the good work. I so much love the league as well as the club I manage. José Mourinho does his tactical analysis with Manchester united in the EPL while I do mine in the Scorum league with my club "KSC Lokeren", haha. I appreciate you for this sire.

The Helping hand initiative organised by Talesfrmthecrypt is another competition that keeps scorum rookies on the line with some good jobs done. Trust me, there no time to be lazy if you are nominated here. I was once a nominee in the event and though I wasn't fortunate to win, my hard work and persistent hunger for success was drilled out from me participating. Thanks to Tales for that.

How good are your predictions? Scorum Prediction league(SPL) is the right place for you to show your worth and predicting prowess. @barbadosso is the organiser of the league and he has been doing a great job.
