I was just browsing around Scorum yesterday when I decided to check Scorum Alexa rank. This inspired me to write this post.

Let me get you some of the details to digest.

Scorum.com is currently ranked 136,706 globally. Considering the fact that this is still a new platform and we are just getting things setup. I will say we can definitely move up on the ranking.

Coming down to the Audience Geography. Nigeria leads. This shows that the bulk of scorum.com audience are Nigerians.

According to the Alexa rank, Nigeria accounts for 23.3% of the visitors on the platform. This is not surprising to me. I am a Nigerian and one of the founders of scorumnigeria. I know how much work we have put into promoting Scorum to Nigerians. Let me give you a quick recap of some of the activities done here by Nigerians.

  1. 20 days ago, a 2 months update of the scorumnigeria account was posted here. As things stand now, over 200 quality posts have been curated.
  2. Scorumnigeria have been working hard in promoting scorum nationwide and instrumental in bringing in over 70 active users and investors.
  3. Co-founder of scorumnigeria @tosyne2much promoting Scorum on nairaland as seen here. Nairaland is the biggest online forum in Africa with global Alexa rank of 1245 and ranked 10 in Nigeria. 
  4. Scorumnigeria partnering with @jotmax and @kofpato sponsored Scorum soccer tournament that will take place right here in Nigeria.
  5. Scorum promotion shirts designed by @chimzysports.
  6. Scorumnigeria working hand in hand with Scorumghana and Scorumafrica for mass adoption of Scorum in Africa.

These are just few out of the numerous tasks done by Nigerians here. Nigeria alone with a population of over 180 million people with 60% of that population being youths have the capability to move scorum to the next level. All required is just your full support.
