Belgian Jupiler League Week 9 Bets

The pre-game posted bets have been on fire this month so far going 11W-0L. I have 2 more for this weekends Jupiler League matches that I like and took some extra on in BTC at Nitrogensports.

Genk vs Zulte-Waregem

I started opposing Zulte-Waregem who have been in a horrible streak similar to last year and will continue to do so after yesterdays cup match. I did expect them to put up a focussed strong performance yesterday playing with most their regular player against a lower division team to bread the streak. Despite being up 0-2 at HT they did not manage to convince and expand their lead but instead ended up closely winning that match 1-2. So despite the win they did not manage to use that cup match as a confidence boost. Genk on the other hand heavily rotated (9 players) and managed to still win comfortably thanks to an couple early goals. This weekends match is just a really bad setup for Zulte-Waregem and there is a fair chance they will get blown away as visitors by a fit and confident Racing Genk. Also Zulte-Waregem when behind late are not shy of taking risks most of the time resulting in getting an extra goal against. I have my line set more at -1.5 @ 1.90 and took Racing Genk -1.5 @ 2.043

Charleroi vs Lokeren

Lokeren looked like they could get in deep trouble early in the season but seems quite fine the last couple matches. Deschacht gave some stability and experience in the defense while the combination Jovanovic and Ceballos give they something extra in offense. They increased on their confidence booking a 2-5 win against a lower league team in the cup. Charleroi have been mixed at times good but they seem to miss Rezai and also had a difficult time scoring yesterday in their cup match despite dominating. I do not expect Charleroi vs Lokeren to be an open match and keeping clean sheet will likely get priority over scoring which often plays out as matches where teams are unwilling to take risks. Charleroi are known for winning matches by a 1 goal margin. I see some good value because of this on the +1 line. Charleroi have not been all that great when having to make the play. I am on both the under and the underdog and took some extra on Lokeren +1 @ 1.854
