So today's post is all about @hellsbelle and how she wants to stay fit regularly. I actually found her post earlier on this morning and decided to help out by doing a fitness video to assist her.
This workout video is open to any other scorumian who is willing to exercise.
With today's workout, every set is to be done under 1 minute and repeated 3 to 4 times depending on how far you can go. Don't hesitate to stop if you can't continue. Do it little by little and you will get there.
