Barcelona are set to complete the signing of Sevilla centre-back Clement Lenglet in a deal worth €35 million (£31m/$41m), Goal.com reports.

The Frenchman's signing is likely to be made official after a medical examination. He will sign a five-year contract. The Blaugrana paid Lenglet's full €35m release clause after failing to negotiate a lower fee for the 23-year-old.

Clement Lenglet was raised in Nancy where he grew through ranks of youth school to the first team after joining the club in 2010. He spent three years as a youngster to get promoted to Nancy B in 2012 and played his first official game for the first team in 2013.

In 2016 he moved to Sevilla where he made an instant impression and became a solid part of the starting XI. He also played for every France team from U16 to U21.
